 STUDIO KUMË LLC is committed to your satisfaction. Due to our limited, small-batch production, we currently offer exchanges in place of returns, subject to size availability, to maintain product integrity and limited inventory. We are committed to ensuring you receive the right fit and are happy with your purchase.
If you need an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can assist you.

STUDIO KUMË reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the conditions outlined below.

Exchange Conditions

  • The merchandise was purchased directly from STUDIOKUME.COM.
  • Your exchange request is submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, and unaltered—with all packaging, tags, and additional materials (e.g., shoe bags and extra heel tips) included.
  • Items cannot have been used in photo shoots, social media posts, commercially, or for personal gain.
  • The exchange must be shipped in its original packaging with the carrier’s return label provided by STUDIO KUMË.
  • Exchanges must be shipped within 14 days of return authorization from the same country in which the item was purchased.
  • All exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Exchanges are limited to one per order.

If any of these conditions are not met, the exchange will be denied, and the item(s) will be sent back to you without a refund. Once the return shipment is in the carrier’s possession, STUDIO KUMË is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier.

All limited-release items are considered final sale.

How to Exchange an Item

  1. Within 14 days of delivery, request your exchange by emailing hello@studiokume.com with:
    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you wish to exchange (code, color, size)
    • The reason for the exchange (this helps us improve our products and sizing)
  2. Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Pack the item(s) in the original packaging.
  4. Arrange a carrier pick-up or drop off the package at the nearest carrier location.

International Exchange 

For orders outside the United States, customers are responsible for return shipping and any associated customs fees.

Processing Time

Once your package reaches our warehouse, please allow 5 to 14 business days for processing. You will be notified by email once the exchange is complete and the product has been shipped.
